Luis from Betho Construction navigated the jungle of my unfinished attic, then also climbed up on the roof, and located the soft spot where the underlying wood had become damp. He was able to quote me a great price on a more targeted repair with a warranty. The team showed up on time, repaired the roof in short order, texted progress photos showing what they found and what they fixed, and thoroughly cleaned up after.
